RATE STRUCTURE

Pricing varies depending on the type of work.  We have basic technical service rates, and rates for specialty work, such as programming, Mcafee security solutions, etc.  Please contact us for more details.  We would be glad to discuss the different options available.

(Billed to the hour, 1 hour minimum + travel fee)

Block Contracts (Pre-paid Bank of Hours)

Take advantage of great savings by purchasing hours in advance!

Take advantage of great savings when purchasing a block of hours in advance and you never have to deal with an invoice for every service call that is placed.  Most importantly, our block contracts can save your company up to 20% on its yearly computer budget.

When purchasing hours in advance, our hourly rates are reduced  We simply deduct the hours* from your block and when all the hours have been used, you simply purchase another block.  That's it!  

* Hours will be deducted according to the type of service call that is placed (i.e., after hours, emergency, etc.).

Block of 100 hours Save 15%
Block of 500 hours

Maintenance Contracts Available

Keep your network running at peak performance!!

Our maintenance contracts are designed to provide you with a worry-free network environment.  By visiting your place of business periodically to perform maintenance tasks*, we ensure that all systems function as intended.  This proactive approach also allows us to identify and resolve many potential problems that could disrupt your operations.

* Maintenance contracts are fully customizable depending on your needs, therefore pricing varies.  Please contact us to for the different options available to you.

Telephone Support
  • Same as On-Site Support Rates 
  • Billed in 15 minute increments
  • No minimum
  • No travel

 

Telephone support is offered Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM 

After hour telephone support is available by contract only.

Support calls are placed to one telephone number and are returned within 2 hours during business hours.
