Project Management ]
-
- BENTLEY

the data cable installation of
Bentley’s new Corporate Head
Office, a nationwide retailer.
Since the new facility was
completely renovated, there were
many different projects that had to
be done at the same time (i.e.;

etc.).
It was important to
coordinate with various construction
project managers to ensure that
delivery was prompt and tasks were
carried out with minimum amount of
overlapping scheduling and
obstruction between each contractor.

Especially, connections to
the various financial services the
traders required (i.e.; Reuters,
Bloomberg, etc.).
Again, it was imperative that
proper communication was established
between us and the other contractors
involved to ensure a smooth
transition.
Delivery times and deadlines
had to be coordinated to coincide
with the different tasks involved.
